Kirby Animal Care Services is undergoing a remodel and needed signs to be installed at their new facility. The plan was to create something hand lettered and drawn. To keep things simple, I used simple flat vector images with a large, easy-to-read typeface.
Kirby Animal Car Services' facilities offer health, wellness, and adoption services. As a result, it would be frequented by people of all ages, and because it used larger text and simple pictures, it would be readable from a distance. The drawings are also meant to be comprehended by children who are not yet reading.

Kirby Animal Care Services' logo needed to be updated as well. This logo is described by two words: playful and enjoyable. Because KACS primarily serves dogs, the logo reflects what they do. The heart-shaped patch on the puppy and the simple typography give the shelter a kind and caring vibe.
